When the days bleed into each other it can be hard to orient yourself. In an effort to maintain my own sanity, I am providing a catalog of things that have helped get me through this pandemic. When the normal structures fall we are forced to adjust, adapt, and evolve; the Age of Isolation requires flexibility.
Example:
Flexibility
Before you begin, I ask that you,
Open your mind and your heart up to a new way of doing things
Accept every version of yourself you are confronted with in quarantine
Take a deep breath in through your nose and release the tension in your shoulders as you exhale through your mouth
Forgive yourself, forgive yourself, forgive yourself
Recognize you are doing the very best that you possibly can right now, regardless of what that means
We will look back on this and feel proud of our adaptability and strength.
